Custom Flows: More power, more control
Complete support workflows - now automated with even greater precision.
Imagine: a customer writes that an item in their order arrived damaged. Your flow detects the line item, checks the order data and automatically issues the partial refund - no agent needed.
Flows can now identify individual line items for refunds or replacements, be triggered from within other flows, and be tested step by step before going live. This allows complex logic to be broken down into small, manageable parts.
And if something does go wrong: the new Run view shows you exactly which nodes ran, which data was processed and what the outcome was - debugging in seconds instead of hours.

Seven new custom flow nodes expand vennie in Xentral and your support infrastructure. Flows can now pause, wait for a customer response, and resume exactly where they left off.
Orders can be created, amended, or cancelled directly in Xentral - and vennie can manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
A typical use case: a logistics partner reports a failed delivery. vennie reads the email, finds the order, opens a new customer conversation, asks whether a redelivery or refund is preferred - and executes the choice.
