That's how it works

Step 1
Activate flow
The customer writes quite normally: for example, "My item is defective" or "I would like to make a complaint." No stiff responses are necessary, the flow automatically recognises what it's about.

Step 2
Define paths
Define in the flow how different types of messages are to be interpreted: for example, reports of defective products, missing items, or general complaints. The flow responds flexibly, regardless of how your customer phrases it.

Step 3
Connect actions
Behind the scenes, systems such as Shopify, Zendesk, or DHL are connected to automatically carry out the appropriate action: sending replacement products, providing return labels, or creating vouchers - while your customer continues to communicate with you normally.
