What happens if I exceed my plan’s message limit?
Extra interactions are charged per plan, so you always know your costs and can scale as needed.

What counts as an interaction?
An interaction occurs when the system sends an automated response to the customer or executes a Custom Flow based on available information. The following applies: A message only counts as an interaction if the software actually delivers a response. A Custom Flow Execution, however, always counts as an interaction - regardless of whether a customer message is generated or not. If a request is forwarded to your team because no relevant information or flow is available, no interaction occurs, and nothing is charged.
